BridgeBio is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager - Rare Disease (Hybrid) to lead launch strategy across a rare disease portfolio, integrating provider-facing reimbursement with patient access and support coordination.

As an Associate Director level role, you will partner with providers, specialty pharmacies, and internal stakeholders, navigating payer pathways and educating offices to ensure compliant access across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8+ years in biotech/pharma with reimbursement/market access
• Deep understanding of U.S. payer systems
• Experience with hub models and specialty pharmacies

Responsibilities

• Serve as a regional expert on reimbursement and access for BridgeBio therapies
• Educate provider offices on reimbursement processes
• Identify access barriers within payer environments
• Coordinate patient support and access programs
• Collaborate across Market Access, Patient Services, Compliance, Legal, Medical, Commercial and Sales
