BridgeBio Inc. is hiring a Field Reimbursement Manager – Rare Disease (Hybrid) to execute launch strategy across a rare disease portfolio. You will lead provider-facing reimbursement education, coordinate patient access programs and work cross-functionally with Medical, Compliance, Legal and Commercial teams in a hybrid U.S.

setting. The role requires 8+ years in biotech/pharma with reimbursement or access experience, deep payer knowledge, and an independent, collaborative style.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of biotech/pharma experience with reimbursement, market access or patient services.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. payer systems (commercial and government).
• Ability to work independently in a field-based, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as regional expert on reimbursement and access for BridgeBio therapies.
• Educate provider offices on reimbursement processes (benefits investigations, prior authorization, appeals).
• Identify and address access barriers within payer environments in a compliant way.
• Support integration of access processes into provider workflows.
