The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree, have excellent MS Office skills, and prefer SAP knowledge. Hybrid work, standard business hours, and healthcare industry experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) needed.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse audiences.
• Ability to support complex projects and determine critical paths.

Responsibilities

• Own E2E planning for allocation and deployment of field resources.
• Ensure timely delivery of customer commitments and optimize resource utilization.
• Lead customer communications E2E for service events.
• Schedule appointments and navigate complex discussions with customers.
• Coordinate with field management and act as a change agent for improvements.
