The role serves as a liaison among customers, field service personnel, and internal teams, maintaining schedules and service records while supporting operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related experience in scheduling, dispatching, or service administration.
• Experience with negotiation, data analysis, and meeting customer needs.
• Experience managing multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review service requests and schedule field activities by priorities and resources.
• Coordinate customer communications by confirming appointments and updating schedules.
• Assign and communicate work orders based on availability and coverage.
• Maintain daily/weekly service schedules with routine adjustments.
• Monitor open work orders and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with field personnel, support operations, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and escalate as needed.
• Assist with workload distribution and resource utilization within territories.
• Identify required parts and equipment for scheduled activities.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records in service management systems.
• Assist with tracking KPIs like on-time maintenance and schedule compliance.
• Adhere to company quality procedures and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
