You will combine technical leadership with business sense to identify, pursue, and support new opportunities while enabling sales teams with technical insight and design support.

The role requires a strong background in electrical engineering, hands-on experience with electronic components, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree with 5+ years of related experience; electrical engineering strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Spend a majority of time in front of customers influencing component selection.
• Champion return on engineering investment through technical leadership.
• Build and develop relationships to manage supplier and customer expectations.
• Grow account base each quarter and drive demand creation for Arrow content.
• Support pre- and post-sales activities with technical consulting to promote demand creation.
• Attend supplier trainings and participate in branch meetings and QBRs.
