Job summary

Freedom Fertility, Evernorth’s fertility pharmacy, is hiring a Pharmacy Processing Technician in Waltham, MA. You’ll process medication orders, coordinate with patients, insurers, and teammates, and maintain accurate records to ensure patients receive the fertility medications they need on time.

Training is virtual for 3 months. After training, MA residents work a hybrid schedule (onsite 3 days, remote 2 days weekly); Maine and New Hampshire residents work onsite five days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process medications and communicate with patients and providers.
• Record and fill prescriptions and orders accurately.
• Interact with insurance companies and facility managers as needed.
• Maintain clean, compliant record-keeping and follow safety guidelines.
