Job summary

The Cigna Group's Freedom Fertility division seeks a Pharmacy Processing Technician in a hybrid Waltham, MA role. You will process medications, manage order details with patients, insurers, and teams, and ensure accurate records and timely communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of pharmacy technician work experience.
• Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician License required by state laws; national certification strongly preferred.
• General computer, data entry, and Microsoft Office skills.

As a Pharmacy Processing Technician with Freedom Fertility, Evernorth’s fertility pharmacy, you’ll help process medication orders, so patients receive the fertility medications they need accurately and on time. You’ll spend most of your day working on a computer, carefully managing order details and working with patients, insurance companies, and other teams.
