Job summary

UCSF Health is seeking a Fellowship Program Coordinator to support ACGME-accredited and non-ACGME fellowship programs in Obstetric Anesthesia, Pain Medicine, and Pediatric Anesthesia. You will help with scheduling, onboarding, evaluations, and regulatory compliance across multiple sites, including Grand Rounds and didactic activities.

The role requires coordinating complex calendars, recruitment, and program communications, with four days onsite and one day remote.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience or training.
Minimum of one year of related experience.
Basic knowledge of policies and regulatory requirements in health professions education.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage complex calendars and schedules with precision.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support to program directors for multiple fellowship programs.
Maintain rotation, call schedules, and program evaluations.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
Support accreditation preparation and ADS data updates.
Coordinate Grand Rounds, didactic sessions, conferences, and moonlighting logistics.
Track attendance, maintain educational calendars, and manage program records.
