The PM will serve as the main POC for contract IT support services, aligning cross-functional teams and driving process improvements to deliver high-quality client outcomes. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of PM experience in the federal space, PMP certification, and a proven track record managing 30+ IT professionals while applying ITIL/Agile practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Program/Project Manager for the Federal Government.
• 5+ years leading large Enterprise Service Desk teams using ITIL and Agile methodologies.
• PMP certification.
• Managed a team of 30+ IT professionals.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills.
• Strong management skills to manage resources and day-to-day processes.
• Experience with full development life cycle and QA best practices.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for Project and Program management staff to ensure high-quality client delivery.
• Have full authority to act on behalf of the contract on all contract matters.
• Oversee and supervise all contractor personnel assigned to the contract.
• Ensure adequate personnel are available to provide IT support services.
• Ensure adherence to ActioNet’s Quality Management System and reporting controls.
• Escalate and drive closure of risks and issues identified by project teams.
• Develop cross-project reporting and drive standardized project-level reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused experiences.
