Job summary

KMRG, LLC is hiring a Federal Financial Analyst to support the United States Capitol Police, Office of Information Systems, IRMD. You will assist with federal budget management, track expenditures, validate invoices, and support procurement and closeout activities.

The role requires at least 3 years of federal budgeting experience and a Bachelor’s in finance or accounting. Hybrid work with onsite and occasional telework is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of federal budget management and execution experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience analyzing financial data and supporting budget, invoice, reconciliation, or related financial activities.

Responsibilities

• Support financial management and federal budget execution for OIS and IRMD.
• Assist with budget preparation using accurate financial data.
• Track budget status, obligations, expenditures, and other financial information.
• Maintain financial records for reviews and audits.
• Support cost-status and burn-rate reporting with current budget data.
