Job summary

Front Range Community College seeks a Talent Acquisition Leader to guide a team of recruiters, ensuring compliant, efficient hiring across faculty, staff and student roles. You will optimize ATS usage, coach partners, and align processes with FRCC’s values and diversity goals.

You will use data to drive improvements, manage workload, and partner with managers to deliver timely hires across Westminster and Longmont campuses. Some remote work is possible with strong campus presence.

Qualifications

• Lead or supervise Talent Acquisition Partners.
• Experience designing and tracking recruitment metrics and KPIs.
• Familiarity with onboarding transitions and candidate experience.
• Knowledge of inclusive sourcing and compliant recruitment practices.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor and support a team of Talent Acquisition Partners.
• Supervise and mentor Talent Acquisition Partners, providing coaching and guidance to strengthen team performance and professional growth.
• Monitor workload distribution to ensure timely completion of recruitment and that TA Partners are supported.
• Ensure TA Partners stay informed of new and changing policies or procedures that impact their work.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on recruitment processes across full-time, faculty, part-time and student employment populations.
• Act as a resource and expert on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Conduct periodic audits of recruitment files and ATS records to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance readiness.
