Town of Windsor (CO) is seeking a Hybrid Facilities Technician I to perform maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and custodial tasks across town facilities. You will operate building systems, complete preventive maintenance, and assist with room setups.

The role reports to the Facilities Services Manager and requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years in facilities or custodial work, and a valid Colorado driver’s license. On-call rotations apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or custodial work.
• HVAC and/or electrical experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Performs general construction, maintenance and repairs on buildings and facilities.
• Inspects facilities for safety and compliance with codes.
• Maintains and repairs small equipment and supplies.
• Completes work orders and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Cleans and custodial duties including rooms, fixtures, and restrooms.
• Assists in setup/teardown of facility rooms and event spaces.
