Corps Team seeks a Facilities Specialist for a 6-month contract in Brentwood, TN. The role is hybrid, with onsite 3 days per week and 5 days onsite during initial training. You will manage landlord issues, coordinate repairs, verify invoices, and support store teams across facilities, driving cost savings and vendor expansion.

Must have at least 3 years in facilities maintenance, strong organization, and travel flexibility. Competitive pay offered at $31.03–$32.15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in facility or building maintenance.
• Proven problem resolution and decision making ability.
• Ability to prioritize and manage a large volume of projects and details in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage landlord maintenance issues and coordinate repairs under lease.
• Analyze root cause, define scope, engage vendors, and approve related expenses.
• Verify invoices and ensure proper coding and payment accuracy.
• Archive all repair documentation and maintain history of store repairs and invoices.
• Coordinate with Store Team Members, Field Personnel, and internal departments to support repairs and allocate expenses.
• Verify competitive pricing across service industries to achieve cost savings and value engineering.
• Develop and expand vendor network to improve performance and reduce cost.
