Job summary

Info Origin Inc. in Nashville, TN is seeking a Fleet/Facilities Operations Support contractor for a short-term, hybrid assignment. The role involves providing administrative and operational support to the Fleet/Facilities team, with a 3-month term and hourly pay.

The ideal candidate will manage fleet records, asset tracking, invoicing, and reporting, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and help maintain SOPs and dashboards to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business/Administration with 3 years of relevant experience; OR high school with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in fleet, facilities, maintenance, asset management, or operations.
• Experience with asset tracking, inventory, documentation, and record keeping.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
• Knowledge of reports, dashboards, data collection, or operational data analysis.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update fleet, asset, and inventory records.
• Track vehicles, equipment, deliveries, surplus items, warranties, and invoices.
• Assist with asset inventory, tagging, and tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams, regional staff, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation, reports, dashboards, and status updates.
• Review invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and warranty information.
• Support SOPs and other operational documentation.
• Respond to inquiries and follow up on outstanding tasks.
