Job summary

Responsibilities

• The Facilities Procurement Officer will procure materials, supplies, and contractors for facility maintenance projects as directed by the Administrative Services Unit Leader.
• The Facilities Procurement Officer will update the facilities maintenance software, create maintenance reports, and provide updates at monthly staff meetings and tri-annual management team meetings.
• Examples of facility maintenance projects include HVAC replacement, temporary building placement, pumping septic systems, and ordering remediation.
