Turner & Townsend in the greater New Jersey area is seeking a Project Management Consultant to oversee commercial and industrial real estate projects for multiple clients within our advisory business. This is a hybrid role requiring reporting to client sites or project offices as needed.

You will lead project delivery from initiation through completion, coordinating budgets, schedules, risk and procurement, and ensuring quality control while maintaining strong client communication.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience.
• Experience on high-end commercial interior, industrial, or ground-up projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and MS Project.

Aufgaben

• Lead budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk for multiple projects.
• Read and apply complex real estate documents (leases, contracts, charters).
• Interface with clients to define requirements and develop scope, budgets, and milestones.
• Source delivery resources and conduct RFQs; analyze bids; recommend resources.
• Lead project delivery teams to meet objectives.
• Implement and manage communication plans and meetings.
• Govern project documentation and ensure data integrity.
• Track progress, report variances, and craft corrective action.
• Assess change requests and issue change orders with client approvals.
• Identify risks, perform constructability reviews, and mitigate risks.
• Understand project context in business results.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
