Job summary

Fusion Integrated Solutions, LLC seeks a seasoned Facilities Planner to lead space planning, programming, and project coordination for furniture, finishes, artwork, and related equipment across offices, warehouses, and shop spaces. You will interview internal clients to define project scope and drive implementations.

The role covers site visits, budgeting, vendor coordination, and construction administration, with travel to various Wisconsin locations and occasional multi-state assignments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Working knowledge of interior construction, furniture systems, communications and data standards and terminology.
• Software: CAD, MS Word, Excel, PDF editing, familiarity with CAFM programs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the office or work site to gather space requirements and conceptualize layout and ergonomics.
• Initiate and evaluate alternatives and cost savings opportunities.
• Prepare layouts using CAD and review project plans with the client for approval.
• Coordinate with approved vendors to estimate costs and provide scheduling.
• Upon approval, schedule resources and oversee implementation to meet standards and timelines.
• Perform project management on interior renovation projects, develop budgets, and track costs.
• Prepare total project budgets, purchase requisitions, and capitalization determinations.
• Coordinate with outside architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Plan and arrange worker and equipment relocations related to a project.
• Familiarity with construction administration, submittal and RFI review, and furniture coordination.
• Perform post-occupancy inspections and instruct clients on space usage and adjustments.
• Follow company protocols to manage project documentation and files.
• Support company and departmental initiatives.
