Responsibilities

• Liaise with external suppliers, contractors, and service providers to manage facility contracts and performance.
• Coordinate remote support for multiple offices and address facilities-related issues.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance across sites and support emergency preparedness.
• Manage office layouts, space planning, and meeting room logistics.
• Oversee day-to-day facility operations and coordinate maintenance with vendors.
