Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent knowledge.
• Typically requires 5 years of experience in business process mapping, analysis, requirements, testing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, maps, analyzes and improves clinical and business processes for assigned applications.
• Develops test plans, cases and scripts to validate performance; conducts testing and documents outcomes.
• Facilitates process improvements for smoother software transitions and workflows.
• Translates user requirements into functional design; ensures accurate data maintenance and impact assessment.
• Mentors and trains other staff; develops process documentation and troubleshooting guides.
• Creates project timelines and coordinates team activities to meet deadlines.
