Job summary

Premise Health, a people-focused healthcare company, seeks a Business Applications Analyst for the Brentwood, TN area. You will support end-users, administer applications, and collaborate to document business requirements and processes.

You will participate in workshops, analyze workflows, and assist with new system implementations while coordinating with IT and other departments. This full-time hybrid role offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years as a Business Analyst or Application Analyst.
• 2+ years System Administration experience.
• Experience documenting policies, procedures and standards.
• Previous exposure to large scale projects (preferred).
• Knowledge of credentialing software and contract management apps (e.g., Agiloft).
• Exposure to application implementation projects.
• Microsoft Excel (intermediate).
• Effective communication across all levels of the organization.
• Detail-oriented and organized with multi-task priorities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support end-users by answering questions and troubleshooting.
• Serve as system administrator for assigned applications including config and updates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements.
• Conduct workshops and interviews to understand pain points and needs.
• Analyze current processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Assist with implementation of new systems, functionality, workflows and processes.
• Supervise Change Management for assigned applications.
• Support system integrations when appropriate.
• Create process and training documentation.
• Coordinate system upgrades with IT and other departments.
• Perform data entry, audits and mass updates.
