Job summary

Department of Enterprise Services is seeking an Employee and Executive Communications Manager to lead the Employee and Executive Communications team, shaping internal and executive messaging and advising agency leadership on communications.

The role supports legislative and budget communications during the session, ensures brand consistency across channels, and coordinates with executive operations, government relations, and finance to deliver strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Five years of professional communications experience required.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with relevant field preferred; see options for meeting qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee and executive communications strategy and messaging.
• Coach leadership and spokespeople on messaging and delivery.
• Coordinate with Government Relations, Finance, and Executive Operations on budget and policy communications.
• Manage internal campaigns, newsletters, and leadership communications.
• Ensure brand standards and cross-agency consistency across channels.
