Electronic Arts is seeking a Director of Executive Communications to lead employee and external communications for the COO and team. Based in Redwood City with a hybrid work model, this role shapes the business narrative and translates priorities into clear, compelling communications that build credibility and understanding of EA’s long-term strategy.

Competenze

• Significant experience advising C-suite executives or senior leaders on communications strategy, messaging, media engagement, and thought leadership.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across executive, corporate, media, employee, and social formats.
• Ability to translate complex business, technology, product, or cultural topics into clear, compelling narratives.
• Deep experience developing executive thought leadership and external visibility programs.

Mansioni

• Develop and lead a comprehensive employee and external communications strategy that supports the executive’s mission, business goals, and team positioning.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the Chief Operating Officer on communications opportunities, risks, and messaging, in collaboration with the Senior Director of Corporate Communications.
• Own end-to-end storytelling for the business unit across channels, partnering with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and product teams to shape messaging and public positioning.
• Manage media relations and executive visibility/thought leadership opportunities for the COO, with ability to respond quickly in fast-moving situations.
• Build strong relationships with media, industry influencers, and internal/external stakeholders.
• Oversee employee communications strategy, tactics, and channels to inform, engage, and align employees with strategy and values.
• Direct high-impact presentations for executive meetings, Global Town Halls, and external Speaking opportunities, translating complex concepts into clear narratives.
• There may be some travel required to accompany the executive for key appearances.
