Job summary

ATI builds and manages collaborations to conduct R&D for national challenges, combining industry and academia. The Events & Program Administrator will plan and execute high-quality events, coordinating with program teams and vendors to meet cost and schedule goals.

This role supports multiple programs in a hybrid/onsite environment, handling webinars, conferences, and trainings while ensuring accurate records and training on event tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with four or more years of proven events management experience.
• Experience coordinating large-scale Hybrid and Virtual events (500+ attendees).
• Ability to travel and access US data systems; U.S. citizenship or clearance is required.
• Self-starter with excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary program-level coordinator for program events with ATI's events team.
• Plan venues, budgets, communications, invoicing and vendor coordination.
• Provide onsite event coordination, setup, teardown, and post-event records.
• Support program updates, meetings, websites, brochures, and newsletters.
