The Program Manager oversees a portfolio related to submarine and shipbuilding programs, coordinating with government and industry partners to meet sponsor goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with five or more years of related experience, or master’s with three+ years.
• Degree in Engineering, Science, Supply Chain, Technical Program Management preferred.
• PMP certification is viewed favorably but not required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of submarine and shipbuilding projects and ensure cost, schedule, and performance goals.
• Coordinate with government, prime contractors, and suppliers for program execution.
• Lead program meetings, reviews, and customer communications.
• Provide direction to project managers and balance workloads across projects.
