Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking an experienced Events Marketing Manager to drive end-to-end trade shows and experiential marketing initiatives, collaborating with marketing, sales, and design teams.

This contract role requires 5+ years in event management, strong Cvent and Salesforce skills, and the ability to manage budgets and timelines, with onsite presence in Reading, PA up to four days a week and some travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in event management and trade show operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Cvent and CRM (Salesforce) systems plus MS Office.
• Proven track record in contract negotiations and budget management.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate end-to-end trade show and event lifecycles to drive engagement.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and manage event budgets for ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align branding and collateral.
• Establish timelines and milestones to deliver on time and on budget.
