Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead technology-driven digital initiatives for a global hospitality brand. You will own complex, high-visibility projects spanning front-end experiences and backend data infrastructure within a hybrid SDLC.

Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery, schedule management, vendor alignment, RAID and financial ownership, and governance. A 5–7+ year PM background with Agile/Waterfall experience is required, along with a Bachelor’s

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of dedicated Project Management experience, with at least 3 years delivering digital projects (web, mobile, eCommerce, or MarTech).
• Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall; comfortable in hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with CMS (Adobe Experience Manager preferred), analytics, SEO, and content authoring workflows.
• Hands-on Jira/Confluence; Smartsheet, MS Project, or Clarity; strong Excel for reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive leadership; vendor negotiation; self-starter mindset.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; PMP and/or Agile certifications preferred.
• Hospitality/travel or loyalty program experience a plus; pharma/financial services with SDLC background welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex digital initiatives end-to-end, including web replatforms, mobile apps, MarTech, and content platforms.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and release scopes; manage changes.
• Coordinate multiple vendors and align with business, tech, and creative teams.
• Own RAID and financial tracking: issues, forecasts, and invoicing.
• Oversee testing readiness and governance; prepare executive status reports.
