Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead technology-driven digital initiatives for a global hospitality brand. You will own complex, high-visibility projects spanning front-end experiences and backend data infrastructure within a hybrid SDLC.

• Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall; comfortable in hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with CMS (Adobe Experience Manager preferred), analytics, SEO, and content authoring workflows.
• Hands-on Jira/Confluence; Smartsheet, MS Project, or Clarity; strong Excel for reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive leadership; vendor negotiation; self-starter mindset.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; PMP and/or Agile certifications preferred.
• Hospitality/travel or loyalty program experience a plus; pharma/financial services with SDLC background welcomed.

Location: Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ (Hybrid Schedule Required).

Position Type: Full-Time W2 Contract targeted through March 31, 2027 (with potential for extension based on business needs and performance).

Compensation Range: $45.00/hr - $55.00/hr W2 (maximum)

Cella is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead technology-driven digital initiatives for a global hospitality brand. In this role, you will own complex, high-visibility projects ranging from front-end digital experiences (websites, mobile apps, MarTech) to backend data infrastructure within a hybrid SDLC environment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Lead complex digital initiatives-including web replatforms, mobile applications, MarTech tools, and content authoring platforms-from initial kickoff to final go-live and post-launch wrap-up.
• Schedule & Scope Management: Build and maintain detailed project plans, critical-path dependencies, and milestones across diverse cross-functional workstreams. Manage scope, release planning (MVP vs. post-launch), and formal change control.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate and hold multiple third-party vendors accountable to SOW deliverables, defect fixes, and deadlines while maintaining strong alignment across business, tech, and creative teams.
• RAID & Financial Ownership: Own risk management (RAID logs) by proactively identifying issues early and driving mitigation plans. Track project finances, including actuals, forecasts, and invoice confirmation.
• Quality & Governance: Oversee testing readiness (UAT, regression, defect triage, go/no-go decisions), run Scrum of Scrums and status meetings, and draft concise, executive-ready status reports following established PMO governance.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5-7+ years of dedicated Project Management experience, with at least 3 years explicitly focused on delivering digital projects (web, mobile, eCommerce, or MarTech).
• Methodology Exposure: Proven expertise in both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall approaches, with strong experience navigating hybrid environments.
• Technical & Platform Familiarity: Familiarity with digital platforms such as CMS (Adobe Experience Manager preferred), analytics, SEO, and content authoring workflows.
• Tooling: Highly proficient in Jira and Confluence; hands-on experience with Smartsheet, MS Project, or Clarity, alongside advanced Excel capabilities for reporting.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored for executive leadership; strong vendor negotiation skills; self-starter mindset capable of driving progress independently.
• Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or equivalent field experience. PMP certification and/or Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe) are strongly preferred.
• Industry Background: Experience in hospitality, travel, or loyalty programs is a plus, though candidates from pharmaceuticals or financial services with strong SDLC backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
