Cella by Randstad Digital in Paoli, PA is seeking a detail-oriented events lead to plan and execute tailored campus visits and client events. You will collaborate with sales, creative teams, and internal stakeholders to design engaging experiences and manage agendas, logistics, and timelines.

The role requires strong on-site coordination, ability to handle short-notice requests, and a proven track record in corporate event planning.

Job Type: Contract

Compensation Range: $50 - 53 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to lead end-to-end planning and execution of tailored campus visits and client events. This role partners with sales, internal stakeholders, and creative teams to deliver seamless, engaging experiences while managing agendas, logistics, and competing priorities within tight timelines.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Event Design & Planning
  • Translate intake requests (via the FAS intake form/process) into tailored campus visit agendas.
  • Partner with sales teams to understand client profile, objectives, and desired outcomes.
  • Build full agendas that may include meetings with multiple internal teams (e.g., risk, fixed income, models team, IR team), tours, and other experiences.
• On-Campus Experience Orchestration
  • Coordinate all on-campus logistics, such as:
    • Room reservations and setup across one or multiple buildings.
    • Visitor registration, security/visitor database, and parking.
    • Food and beverage, gifting, welcome signage, and overall arrival experience.
  • Ensure all on-campus elements align to the desired "level" of experience (from straightforward visits to "red-carpet" engagements in flagship spaces like the Victory boardroom).
• Stakeholder & Speaker Coordination
  • Source and confirm internal speakers and subject-matter experts.
  • Work with sales partners and internal contacts to refine agendas and content flow.
  • Coordinate the creation or assembly of master decks and supporting materials, leveraging template assets where appropriate.
• Complexity & Timeline Management
  • Manage events that vary from short two-hour visits to full-day or occasional multi-day experiences.
  • Navigate short lead times (ideally four weeks, sometimes less) and help the team make trade-off decisions when requests are not feasible within given timelines.
  • Balance a mix of simpler and more complex visits during high-volume periods.
• Collaboration with Creative/Marketing Teams
  • Partner with creative services and channel marketing teams (e.g., Kate/Jen's teams) as needed for:
    • Programs, name tents, custom collateral, and other polished touchpoints.
  • Gauge when to elevate creative needs vs. when to leverage existing templates or turnkey materials.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

• End-to-end event planning experience in a corporate or professional setting (not exclusively weddings/social events).
• Demonstrated ability to orchestrate multi-step, on-site experiences with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience translating business or sales objectives into well-structured event agendas.

Preferred:

• Experience in financial services or another complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Familiarity with campus-style or headquarters-based client events.
• Prior exposure to working closely with sales or relationship management teams.
• Strong experience design mindset: can connect objectives, content, and logistics into a cohesive client experience.
• Excellent stakeholder and client relationship skills; comfortable working with senior audiences.
• High attention to detail across logistics, agendas, and on-site execution.
• Confident, proactive communicator who raises flags early and navigates issues tactfully.
• Able to work independently, make sound judgments, and operate calmly under time pressure.
