Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of professional event planning/coordination experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple events and stakeholders under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the annual event calendar, establishing event tiers and priorities.
• Lead logistics for in-person, hybrid and virtual events, including vendor coordination and budgets.
• Develop and implement event marketing strategies aligned with college goals.
• Ensure accessibility (captions, translation/ASL, ADA) for all events.
• Collaborate with marketing, publicity, and campus partners to drive attendance and impact.
