The position handles major events, budgets, and post-event evaluations, ensuring safety, accessibility, and documentation. On-site work three days per week with hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, business administration, finance, accounting, education, social sciences, healthcare administration, public administration, communications, information systems or a directly related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in event coordination and management.
• Substitution: education and related experience may substitute for degree on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute a wide range of school-wide and central administration events with run-of-show plans.
• Manage all logistics independently: venue selection, catering, decor, volunteers, registrations, communications.
• Serve as primary contact for vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders; coordinate with marketing for event promotion.
