Job summary

University of Colorado’s College of Arts and Sciences seeks an Events Manager to plan, implement, and refine the college’s event marketing strategy. You will lead signature events, faculty-facing experiences, recruitment sessions and celebrations, aligning with the college’s reputational and engagement goals.

You will partner with leadership to develop the annual calendar, set event priorities, and define KPIs to enable leadership to assess investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional event planning/coordination experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and event management tools.

Responsibilities

• Independently develops, implements and improves event planning processes.
• Lead planning for A&S signature events and campus-wide experiences.
• Manage event logistics, vendor contracts and budgets.
• Develop and monitor annual event calendar and KPIs.
