Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in event support, hospitality, administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.

Aufgaben

• Support planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and events, including coordination with venues, vendors, speakers, sponsors, and attendees.
• Coordinate day-to-day conference center operations, including meeting room preparation, audiovisual needs, and event logistics.
• Build and maintain event registration platforms, websites, and other digital event tools.
• Maintain accurate member and event data, prepare reports, and analyze attendee feedback to support event planning and improvements.
• Support member outreach, event registration, and communications to encourage participation and engagement.
