Job summary

MEMA, the Vehicle Suppliers Association, is seeking an organized Events Coordinator to support planning and execution of member-facing events and meetings. You’ll collaborate with event leads and cross-functional teams to manage logistics, registrations, and on-site operations.

You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment, coordinating with venues, vendors, speakers, and attendees while maintaining data and reporting to drive improvements. Some travel and flexible hours are expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in event support, hospitality, administration, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and events with venues, vendors, speakers, sponsors, and attendees.
• Coordinate day-to-day conference center operations, including meeting room prep and audiovisual needs.
• Build and maintain event registration platforms and websites.
• Maintain accurate member/event data, prepare reports, and analyze attendee feedback.
• Support member outreach and communications to encourage participation.
