AMC Global Media seeks an Events Coordinator to join the Marketing Production & Operations team in New York, NY. You will support production and event initiatives across networks, managing invitations, RSVPs, guest lists, and communications.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 1 year of related experience. You must be adaptable, detail oriented, with strong communication and the ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed. Office-based with some remote work options.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year experience in event production, hospitality, live events, corporate events, or a related field.

Mansioni

• Work across AMC Global Media networks supporting production and event initiatives for consumer activations, client hospitality events, internal events/conferences, premieres/award events and festivals.
• Support the Events team in planning, coordination, and execution of event logistics and overall event management.
• Manage event administrative processes including invitation tracking, RSVP management, attendee communications, guest lists, seating allocations, registration reporting, event decks and executive briefings.
• Track and coordinate creative deliverables across multiple stakeholders, including briefing, approvals, revisions, and final asset distribution.
• Support budget administration by processing invoices, tracking expenses, maintaining documentation, and assisting with reconciliation.
• Maintain organized event documentation, contact databases, venue information, production schedules, and event archives.
• Assist with shipping logistics, credential management, and other operational event needs.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging event concepts to drive innovation.
