Responsibilities include coordinating logistics for live, hybrid, and virtual events, managing schedules, liaising with vendors, and assisting with invoices and deck creation. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience in the event industry.
• 1–2 years events industry experience preferred.
• Experience with Zoom host, Google Hangouts, Teams, Webex, etc.
• Familiarity with virtual event platforms and tools like Cvent, Swoogo, Swapcard, Kaltura.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination and project management support to the lead producer.
• Support live, hybrid, and virtual event logistics from conception to completion.
• Work on multiple projects with cross‑department teams.
• Research and gather information to plan event execution.
• Source caterers, venue blocks, vendors, and production supplies.
• Anticipate project needs to meet deadlines and budget.
• Serve as liaison between vendors, venues staff and clients.
• Travel and onsite presence for events as needed.
