Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5–7+ years of leading and executing large-scale technical programs with an emphasis on design, labor management, fabrication, trade shows, expo, virtual and live stage production for 2,000–5,000+ people.
• 5+ years of experience managing $500K+ production budgets.
• Proven track record leading project teams of 4+ producers and multiple crews.
• Experience collaborating on designs with scenic/spatial designers.
• Extensive labor management experience with union labor and AV crews.
• Knowledge of freelance rates and contract negotiations.
• Experience with Fortune 500 executives, talent, and speakers.
• Some travel required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with agency departments from initial event strategy through actualization of projects.
• Participate in RFP response development.
• Manage all live, hybrid, virtual event technical logistics and timelines from conception to completion.
• Create and maintain project timelines, staffing and labor plans throughout the lifecycle of projects.
• Work directly with clients to define all program requirements and the full scope of production elements.
• Lead client and team communication with oversight of all deadlines and deliverables.
• Assist spatial department in developing floor plans and managing technical drawings.
• Develop and oversee prep docs for staff and crew (scripts, run of show, schedules, trackers).
• Provide onsite management of FOH/BOH systems, staff and logistics.
• Reconcile program line items against master budgets post-execution.
• Ensure projects meet EA standards and objectives.
