Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute school-wide and central administration events with run-of-show plans.
• Manage logistics independently: venue, catering, decor, volunteers, scheduling, registrations and setup.
• Serve as primary contact for vendors and internal stakeholders; coordinate with Marketing for event promotion.
