Colorado School of Public Health is seeking a Senior Business Professional to support the Central Administration at CU Anschutz in Aurora, CO. The role covers front desk operations, communications, events, and financial support for central office functions.

Key duties include managing meetings, coordinating special projects, and ensuring efficient business operations while supporting the Dean and senior leadership. Hybrid work four days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and two years of professional admin ops experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with Qualtrics, SharePoint, and Zoom preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial contact for central office, greet visitors, route inquiries, and manage front desk operations.
• Oversee office supply inventory, procurement, and vendor relations to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain central office SharePoint sites, update org charts and event calendars, and improve communication accessibility.
• Lead and implement project management processes to enhance efficiency and accountability.
