Job summary

MFS is seeking a Client Service & Relationship Management Co‑op in Boston for January–June 2027. You will support product, client service and relationship teams while gaining hands-on experience in investment services.

Ideal candidates are undergraduates enrolled in coop programs, comfortable with data management, meetings, and preparing material for reviews. The role is hybrid and designed for ongoing college cooperation.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student enrolled in a co-op program.
• Available January–June 2027 and able to commit to 35–40 hours per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Willing to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist Product Management, Relationship Management and Client Service teams.
• Provide office administration services such as binding materials, updating databases, and ordering supplies.
• Coordinate onsite client meetings and prepare presentation materials.
• Attend weekly Product Management and Relationship Management team meetings.
• Contribute to CRM updates and PowerPoint presentations as needed.
