Job summary

MFS Investment Management is offering a 6-month Inside Sales Co-op based in Boston with a hybrid work environment. The role runs Monday–Friday, 35–40 hours per week, Jan 13, 2027 through Jun 25, 2027, designed for undergraduates in a co-op program.

You will gain exposure to the mutual fund industry and sales processes while supporting multiple stakeholders. The position provides hands-on experience in product distribution activities, market statistics, and literature coordination, with

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Salesforce (C360) activity for Inside Sales and update advisor information.
• Order product materials for dissemination through Harte Hanks account.
• Create customized seminar invites and documentation as needed.
• Coordinate literature and marketing materials for external field force and ISF.
• Provide up-to-date market statistics for ISF and Field Force daily.
• Learn financial hypothetical illustrations and bind materials for advisors.
• Conduct FINRA Broker checks to verify advisor status per Compliance.
• Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and arrange video conferencing.
• Run weekly activity reports for the ISF.
