Job summary

Mary Giuliani Catering & Events in New York is seeking an organized, energetic Event Coordinator to support the Sales Team of Producers and Creative Team with daily tasks. This role requires hospitality knowledge, strong relationship-building, and a passion for delivering unforgettable culinary experiences.

You will assist with event logistics, vendor coordination, and CRM updates, while contributing to design, budgets, and client decks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Team in executing event tasks (administrative paperwork, rental orders, ROS details).
• Support Creative Team with client decks and visuals; assist with execution upon confirmation.
• Help with event design components (floorplans, in-house supplies, diagrams).
• Track and reconcile expenses; report to finance and AMEX monthly.
