Job summary

Catering By Design is seeking an experienced Event Designer & Producer to translate client concepts into stunning event designs and oversee décor production from concept to completion. You will collaborate with Sales, Floral, Culinary, and Operations teams to develop mood boards, rental selections, and overall event styling.

The role requires hands-on onsite management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with vendors and staff to bring designs to life while staying

Qualifications

• 3+ years in event design/production or related field.
• Experience creating mood boards and visual concepts.
• Experience with rental furniture, floral design, and event installations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts based on client goals, venue, and budget.
• Create mood boards, design decks, and visual presentations.
• Coordinate with florists and vendors to establish direction and production plans.
• Produce and manage onsite event installations to ensure the approved design.
• Lead or support production teams, staffing, and timelines on site.
• Collaborate with Sales, Floral, and Culinary teams to ensure feasibility.
