Job summary

ASQ is seeking an Event Content Specialist to drive the content lifecycle for virtual and in-person events. You will manage speaker onboarding, CFP processes, and post-event evaluation, ensuring alignment with ASQ goals and member needs.

The role reports to the Events Director and collaborates with cross-functional teams and external partners, with hybrid work and up to 15% travel. Experience with Cvent is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in event management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in meeting planning, project management, and virtual technology platform management.
• Must be able to travel up to 15% and work in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the execution of the annual content strategy for both virtual and in-person events.
• Utilize Cvent to help with event planning, tracking, and post-event evaluation.
• Establish and coordinate content planning for company-hosted events.
• Serve as the primary liaison between ASQ, speakers, committees, and production partners.
• Coordinate event logistics and technology platforms setup and administration.
• Support the Call for Proposal (CFP) process, including platform setup and review cycles.
• Maintain speaker onboarding standards for quality and consistency.
• Coordinate with Technical Programming Committees and act as staff liaison for content decisions.
• Coordinate virtual member events and ensure a high-quality attendee experience.
