Job summary

ASQ is seeking an Event Content Specialist to drive end-to-end event content from CFP to post-event review for both virtual and in-person experiences. You will coordinate with speakers, committees, and external partners to ensure content aligns with ASQ goals and industry best practices.

The ideal candidate will use a consultative approach to improve through post-event metrics, voice-of-the-customer insights, and research. Cvent experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in event management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in meeting planning, project management, and virtual technology platform management.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% and comply with attendance policies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in executing the annual content strategy for virtual and in-person events.
• Utilize Cvent for planning, tracking, and post-event evaluation.
• Coordinate content planning for company-hosted events; liaise with speakers and committees.
