Job summary

iCapital is seeking an Event Content Strategist Vice President to lead content strategy and programming across its US event portfolio. You will shape themes, manage speakers, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact live experiences aligned with business priorities.

The role reports to the Global Head of Events, with oversight of end-to-end speaker journeys, measurement, and post-event insights. Domestic travel is required.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in event content strategy, conference programming, or related fields.
• Experience developing content programs for large conferences or thought leadership events.
• Ability to build content frameworks and manage executive and external speakers.
• Strong understanding of wealth management and asset management preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills; ability to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead event content strategy and programming for US events.
• Collaborate with Brand, Product, Channel Marketing, Sales, Product, Investment Strategy teams, and senior leadership to define themes and thought leadership.
• Create content measurement frameworks to evaluate event effectiveness and inform future programs.
• Own end-to-end speaker journey from outreach to post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate content-related workstreams with multiple teams to ensure alignment.
• Advise executives, clients, sponsors on content strategy and messaging.
• Build scalable speaker management processes, timelines, and playbooks.
• Track agenda performance and deliver post-event insights.
