Job summary

ASQ is seeking an Event Content Specialist to manage the end-to-end content lifecycle for virtual and in-person events. You will lead proposal calls, onboarding of speakers, live production, and post-event evaluation to ensure programming aligns with ASQ goals and member needs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee content planning, and liaise with external partners to deliver high-quality experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in event management or related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in meeting planning, project management, and virtual technology platform management.
Must comply with attendance and timeliness policies; not eligible for U.S. immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Collaborate in the execution of the annual content strategy for virtual and in-person events.
Utilize Cvent event management platform to assist with event planning, tracking, and post-event evaluation.
Establish and coordinate content planning for company-hosted events.
Serve as the primary liaison between headquarters and speakers to ensure smooth communication and content delivery.
Coordinate event logistics, including technology platforms (Zoom, Teams, Webex, Fonteva) setup and administration.
Support the CFP process, including platform setup, proposal review cycles, and scoring.
Establish and maintain speaker onboarding standards for quality and consistency.
