Job summary

iCapital is seeking an Office VP-level Event Content Strategist to shape content across its US conference portfolio. You will drive agenda development, speaker management, and audience engagement, partnering with Brand, Product, Marketing, Sales, and senior leadership.

Reporting to the Global Head of Events, you will own content strategy from concept to execution, develop measurement frameworks, and advise executives and sponsors. Domestic travel is required.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in event content strategy, conference programming, communications, marketing, or related fields.
• Proven experience developing content programs for large-scale conferences, executive forums, or thought leadership events.
• Comfortable developing overarching content frameworks and managing executive and external speakers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead event content strategy, programming, and execution across iCapital’s US event portfolio.
• Partner with Brand, Product, Channel Marketing, Sales, Product, Investment Strategy, and senior leadership to identify themes and opportunities.
• Establish content measurement frameworks to evaluate event effectiveness and audience engagement.
• Own the end-to-end speaker journey across US events, including outreach, content development, rehearsals, and onsite support.
• Coordinate content-related workstreams with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Advise executives, clients, sponsors, and external speakers on content strategy and messaging.
• Work with Sponsorship to maximize sponsor participation through speaking opportunities and content activations.
• Build scalable content and speaker management processes and deliver post-event insights.
