Job summary

Children’s Therapy Center is seeking an ESIT Referral Coordinator to join our Early Support Team. You will work with referral sources to help families access ESIT services and support the eligibility determination process.

Responsibilities include coordinating intake, maintaining documentation in EMR/ESIT systems, and collaborating with regional counties and leadership to optimize referral flows. The role is full-time, hybrid, with regular team and ESIT meetings.

Qualifications

• AA degree in social services or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of child development and early intervention systems.
• Experience working with multiple professional disciplines.
• Bilingual EN/ES is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support ESIT referral and intake processes for efficiency and compliance.
• Explain ESIT program clearly to families and what to expect during eligibility.
• Maintain accurate files in EMR and ESIT systems.
• Schedule intake meetings with referred families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with King & Pierce County and community referral sources.
• Coordinate with ESIT leadership and evaluators.
• Attend CTC & ESIT meetings as assigned.
