Job summary

Children’s Therapy Center in the United States is seeking an ESIT Referral Coordinator to join our Early Support Team. You will work with teams and referral sources to help families access Early Support Services, ensuring ESIT program efficiency and compliance.

This full-time hybrid role requires strong communication, bilingual EN/ES is a plus, and experience with infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• AA degree in field related to social services or early childhood development or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of child development and early intervention service systems.
• Experience with multiple professional disciplines.
• Bilingual EN/ES is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support ESIT referral and intake processes for program efficiency and compliance.
• Explain ESIT program model, services, and eligibility steps clearly to families.
• Maintain accurate files in EMR, ESIT DMS, and referral tools.
• Schedule intake meetings with referred families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with King & Pierce County and community referral sources.
• Coordinate with ESIT leadership to support assignments.
