Job summary

Children’s Therapy Center is seeking an ESIT Referral Coordinator to join our Early Support Team in the United States. This full-time, hybrid role supports ESIT referral and intake, explaining program models to families, maintaining records, and coordinating with local referral sources to help children access early support services.

The candidate should have an AA in related field and strong communication skills; bilingual EN/ES is a plus.

Qualifications

• AA degree in field related to social services or early child development or related education/experience in case management
• Knowledge of child development and early intervention service systems
• Experience working with multiple professional disciplines
• FRC credential or ability to obtain and maintain one
• Strong communication, listening and written skills
• Bilingual EN/ES a plus

Responsibilities

• Support ESIT referral and intake processes for program efficiency and compliance
• Explain ESIT program model and services to families
• Maintain accurate files in EMR, ESIT DMS, and referral tools
• Schedule and complete intake meetings with families and caregivers
• Collaborate with King & Pierce County and community referral sources
• Coordinate with ESIT leadership and FRCs to assist assignments
• Attend and participate in CTC & ESIT meetings as assigned
